We stock a wide range of products, including obscure items that are hard to find with lesser suppliers and if it’s not a stock item we will always go the extra mile to find it. We will deliver pretty much anywhere and will use any vehicle available (I’ve had trunking and tray in my own car many times), even delivering to the center of Manchester at 1.30 am as was required, the customers’ needs come first.
We regularly ask customers for feedback to ensure our standards are not slipping and we must be doing something right as our client base continues to grow and our customer retention is excellent. The environment is very important to WES as a company and we recycle most of our waste, have installed a smart meter and not only use LED lighting where we can but we have also been actively pushing and selling large amounts of LED lighting for many, many years.
Two of our staff have recently completed the EDA’s product knowledge programme, passing with flying colours and have been nominated for a prestigious award.
Our relationship with many of our customers is so good that they serve themselves. A unique trust built up over time which works both ways.
